If you haven’t been paid for an item that you’ve sold, start by communicating with the buyer. If the situation cannot be worked out, please use the Email Us feature located on the right-hand side of this page.
If the item arrives in a condition other than what was advertised, please contact our Dispute Resolution Center by using the Email Us feature. Additionally, we always recommend that you thoroughly inspect the firearm at your FFL dealer. If there are any issues, please do not accept transfer and instead contact your seller immediately.
